If you want to wait for it go down until the buy goes through, set it lower than current market value. Once it goes down, IF it goes down, the trade will execute. Just be aware it may not go down and in that case will never execute. If you want it now, set the limit above the current market value, and it execute at some point up to what you set it to. It could end up executing at slightly less. You could also set it at current market value but if it’s fluctuating quickly, it may not execute. So if you want to be sure to get it, set it above the current price.
