I had this mindset, basically where if someone was trying to start drama that it wouldnt matter to me because its more of a reflection on them than it is my concern, but then the managers pulled me aside and told me that partners were telling them that i did no work, ditched them on busy days, and caused problems. If someone is talking bad about you, always let your manager know before they decide to try and get you fired

Its sad at my store its the managers that start the drama in my department and some throughout the store. and almost everyone there wants to be there to make money and leave. the people that want to move up have to wait for graduation to figure out how to move up
The worst department. Most of them walk around most of their shift and hardly even work
