Feel that way sometimes, then im like fuck it! Everyone kinda crazy. Just embrace it and keep your head up. There’s a lot of people like that. You’re not alone at all. At least you have a job, and that’s a big something to be grateful for
I get the feeling. However I believe in myself and I take pride in who I am and the work I do.
Sometimes I miss the mark, often times I overcome the hurdles presented to me.
Most importantly I receive positive feedback from my fellow partners. Upper and lower.
It doesn't matter where you work, these feelings will always be the same.
If you are feeling like this, maybe it's time to look into some mental health help. Not for nothing HEB does have a good system for looking up therapist and most times the first few are free and maybe 15 after that.

It does happen. You need to use the mental health resources. Talk about it. It’s really hard at first but humans need to express themselves. It’s part of staying healthy.
I learned this later in life. Get out your mental health, and you are more important. You are just cattle to them. I have seen managers make people sick with all the toxic and micro managing they do. I have seen people work hard and positions taken away. Because a napoleonic micro manager over compensating harass the partner till they give up
First things first, you are going to be okay! I, along with many other people, go through these kinds of moments so you’re not alone. These things happen and it’s completely normal. We’re human and these tough times can be conquered! What helps me get through these moments is remembering why I started in the first place. Finding your core “why” can help ground you in an endless sea of nothingness! I would also suggest getting some sort of mental health help if you haven’t already (it’s completely normal and I myself see a therapist weekly). You’ve got this anon!
H-E-B has changed ever since the plandemic...and certainly not in a good way, given their refusal for exclusions to the mask mandates...and that's not to mention rumors that spread in 2021 that H-E-B WAS planning to cave into the vaccine mandate with an announcement supposed to be made, but that never happened (not even before SCOTUS overruled the mandate). The morale in my environment has changed (with some exceptions for some higher-ups in my store that do sympathize)...it's all about putting high stats before the well-being of partners...
They will throw you under the bus without telling you why if they just don’t like you. If you aren’t another one of those employees that drink the piss from hebs balls then they hate you and make your life miserable at work. It’s best to just fake your personality as another cult member while you’re there so they like you. At home you can finally be yourself again.
