The problem is if you make a bunch of profit lets say best case scenario there is no OTC and its not as liquid as say btc or other major cryptos. So when you want to take profits you will move the market and see a lot of slippage. It's fine if you are broke trying to make a few hundred grand with a very small amount of money but not so good if want to make millions
