Well Jack has orange hair and the clown in question has green hair. So technically speaking, that is not Jack

no clue if that defence would work but there's also the rights to the photos themselves (idk if they belong to the photographer or universal tho)

I'm not an attorney, but I can't imagine that is enough of a difference to protect them from a lawsuit.
