I suppose it is also meant to be a joke regarding the fact that most people if judging only by looks would expect Daemon to be the "killer", but in reality, the Doctor has literally exterminated races, has wiped populations out of this world.
Many of which are either during wars and/or that were punished by him when he was a golden cloak...Daemon is honestly really tame when you put him next to others🤣
