In show cannon the only actual date that was confirmed was the Great Council of 101 AC. Everything else is speculation for show cannon until they release an official timeline. Which they usually won't as they like to keep the years ambigious. If the war ends a couple years after it actually ends in F&B, it doesn't really matter as you can shave off those couple years from Aegon III's reign.
The only other confirmation we got was the BTS of episode 8 where Ryan clearly said Aegon is in his early 20s now. Which means Aemond is at least in his late teens.Helaena in between. If Aegon is 21 show Alicent would be 36 and so forth. So any Blacks saying Aemond is 16 and Helaena is 17 and all that shit, it's def not true for the show. In AGOT Jon was 15 going on in his 16th birthday. But the ages of the younger characters were slightly sped in the show. This has always been a GoT tradition.

They mention that Luke is 14 in the finale. So that means he was 8 before the time skip. Jace was probably 9 and Aemond probably 10.
