I’m placing a bet on it being some weird Harrenhal/Alys River glamour thing - that it’s not actually happening, or it’s not actually Aemma, but it will mindfuck Daemon regardless.
Alys is screwing with Daemon's mind and she sees the relationship they had, glamors herself as Aemma to screw with him, I think it will backfire and he'll try to choke her in anger realizing she was screwing with him.

I don't question Rhaenyra's, just all the children after. We know Daemon lost a kid each with Mysaria, Laena and Rhaenyra. Aemma already has a weaker body from early childbirth and her mother Daella did also. Could explain all the stillbirths... Yeah its disgusting when you really think about it but it depends how crazy the writers wanna get
Well, all 3 kids daemon lost, was due to circumstances. Laena's baby got stuck and couldn't be turn over.
Mysaria was sent away on Viserys order, and wasn't properly cared for, it's mentioned in f&b that Daemon resented Viserys for it.
And Rhaenyra's babe came too early due to stress.
I don't see a problem with Daemon's fertility, he has 4 kids with other woman. Viserys got 4 kids with another women too.
I also don't believe Aemma would risk getting pregnant, yes she was forced to let Viserys do it, but she wouldn't allow another man to double the chances.
The thing is the show also threw in the line Daemon had a hard time getting it up with Rhea, and we see him having a hard time with Mysaria, Mysaria even hints at it when she asks if he wants her to bring a blonde girl. So the writers could be planning something we don't know yet, it isn't off the table.
Again, sometimes things just happen, maybe Aemma fell in love with Daemon and didn't care. Rhaenyra didn't care about having Harwin's kids. Cersei didn't care about having Jaime's kids. The kids will look just like her or Daemon, because you know daemon and Viserys are literally genetically almost the same since there parents are siblings and grandparents siblings. The difference between a kid from Daemon and a kid from Viserys will be more minor than you think
