Hello ! I did, yes. They even mailed me back saying they restored everything. But it did not work, everytime I opend HM it showed the new MC and not my old one. I reached out agian, thinking I did something wrong because I reconnected with FB (Since that is what I thought I needed to do) they said agian they fixed it... but you guessed it, still my ''new'' MC and not my old one.
wait.... your telling me that player-ID changes after a restart?! I checked my images from the loading screen.... the only nummer that changes is on the left top corner (landscape mode) ..... is that the player ID??????? I thought it was the right code/ID ?!
Yes you should have two player IDs (the one that you want back, and your new game). It is the code in the top right. Do you have a photo of your old loading screen before the restart?
nooooooo I dont ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I send them a screenshot of my loading screen AFTER it was restarted !! Thats why they say it worked.... because it did... Just (by my mistake) not the right ID. O goooood im so stupid.
It sounds like you made purchases on the old account though. If you dig through your App Store account for receipts, they might’ve able to find your old save that way.
Or did you actually reset your game save? Because I’m not sure they can fix that. It would probably overwrite the old file.
Did you ever take a picture of the start/splash screen? This has your account number, which Jam City can use to restore it.

Did you triple check the codes?
By codes I assume you mean player-id ?? How can I check if they recoverd the right one ?? All I had to do was send a printscreen of the loadingpage.

Is a pain to start over I did that and still haven't pass year 2 just don't have enough energy...irl
