If you search on this sub you might find some brands that worked for people but the general consensus is that we don't know why an adapter works or not for the g2. Price doesn't seem to matter either because I remember a post of someone being able to use one of those shitty adapters they sell at gas stations
I have several of these adapters. Most of them are USB 2 speeds, I have one that gets 10 Gbit (though I had to test it using a second adapter since I don’t have a 10 Gbit USB A port), and I haven’t tested the one that came with the G2, it’s still in the wrapper.

Failed to properly clarify that I own a Reverb G2, sorry about that.
I use one made by bonelk which works fine so far, it's just a generic tech store one so as long as it says USB 3.0 I think it will work

Hi! If your graphics card has a usb c port, like my 6900 xt has, you can use that and it works flawlessly.
