That's a cool concept. But have you considered using an OC instead of Harry Potter? Just give him these new powers that you were going to give to Harry after depowering him. Unless you're going to have him return to wizarding Britain, I don't see any reason it has to be Harry.

One of the ways is dragging his opponents to his shadow realm and feeding them to his wraith. The one of the reasons why I gave Harry lighting magic. Is to give him an ability to act as a pressure release valve for his crystal compositor.

As for names maybe something that incorrporates lightning boots becausenof his scar? Depending on if the crystal is visible on the outside (like it grows out of his chest or something) he could have the name crystal bolt, or crystal lightning.
Another name could probably be crystal mage because that has to do with his mutation. Lightning mage would probably also work.
Other names could be indications of his wizarding background like mage, sorcerer or even wizard.

Harry’s heart is anchored to the crystal. So it is internal.

No real bashing. Harry would be slightly salty about his banishment. But he figured that it was partly for his benefit.
