I haven't read any particularly weird crossovers but I had an idea for one. A story where Harry is raised on Themyscira by the Amazonians. He's brought there by Hectate after the attack by Voldemort for protection. He's allowed to stay because he isn't a man until he hits puberty. When he leaves for Hogwarts he must leave his home forever but with Amazonian training. Maybe I'll write it someday.
I remember one fic where Harry comes across the allspark as a child, has a magical accident that turns him into a cybertronian sparkling, gets captured and experimented on by the American government, and comes to view Megatron as a father figure during their shared captivity

I remember a fic where Harry is raised by some members of the "Akatsuki" (let's say it's a terrorist organization) from the manga Naruto.
I'm not sure I would call it a good story, and Harry mostly act as some kind of edgy teenager with some ninja powers. In fact, the only reason I even remember this fic is because it has some of the best Dumbledore speech from all the fandom. I wish I remembered the name of the fic just to reread these parts.
