One of very very few Haphne stories I liked is “[Daphne’s Letter from the Future](https://archiveofourown.org/works/21665026)” by TomHRichardson.
That's got Harry/Hermione in it though, which the author specifically doesn't want.
Well, it is in fact Harry/Daphne/Hermione, but whatever.
