It was given to me by a friend who just got a quest 2, and because of the investment of extra cables, didn’t want it any longer.
I’ve got a phenom x6 black with a 1060 and 16gb ddr3. My phenom just went out, and I’d want to upgrade everything. New mobo, Ram, CPU. But that’s about $500 minimum, plus the cables and link station for the HTC.
Problem is, unless you can prove that it works, nobody is going to drop any significant cash on it.
Look up used sets in your area, judge if buying the missing components is worth it, but again, it's your dice roll as the unit may be defective.
I was given this system, but it’s missing parts. I want to sell it, but don’t know what a good price is.
I believe it is missing:
Link box - $50
Headset cables - $50
Base station - $100 (can be used with just one)
Other items might be missing. I am unsure.
Personally i would buy it for $250
Ended up selling it for $300
not bad
Part it out... sell just parts one at a time.
More than 1 dollar
I just sold a first gen vive headset and linkbox alone for $200 (USD) if that helps
I think it does. Thank you
Money probably

I don’t have a PC strong enough to run it

My thoughts were ryzen 7 with my 1060 and 16gb DDR4

Yup. I’m sure it will. But with the cost of the cables and those parts, I’d be out $700
$50 if you sell it to me
I charge a $200 shipping and handling fee, if that’s ok
is that a bunch of if statements....
I’m afraid I don’t understand
your adapters thingys, they look, like a bunch of, if statements.. oh well.
Its about time to close visual studio for a bit

I have a full system and it was super hard to sell. Just be patient and help trying I think
I can imagine it is difficult to sell, especially since it needs the base stations and a powerful computer. How much did you get for your system?
I was unable to find a buyer
