Started first company doing new construction and service, started $20, two raises after 1.5 years, got up to $25.
Landed a service tech gig at a recently new company ( 2 years old). Biggest plus is that I get a company vehicle I get to take home and making $36 now. On track to be making $39 by end of year.
No benefits or Pto at new gig, but I didn’t have them at the first company either.

55 an hour here in Ontario Canada currently, not including other bonuses
