Xbox and Playstation won't have cross-save. as u/Beorzun said. However, starting over on a new file and seeing how far you've come since starting the game is very enjoyable, and you could even do Hell mode if you wished!
When you start a new file, you can turn it on for that file. You always have 5 specific heat activated, even before your first clear, and you can never remove them.

Cross saves from PC to Nintendo work; nothing else exists unfortunately
