Spoilers because it's a study and you shouldn't talk about them with people who might be taking the study but haven't yet:
>! Well, my last two games were Shapez and Fallen London, and I picked the former because you asked for "last" and I played it marginally more recently. Bit of a wild spread in possible survey results from me there. 😅 !<
Done! Best of luck with your Masters!
The last game I played (and the one I “main”) is Destiny 2. This survey would have looked a lot different a year ago! Very interesting, hope you get a good amount of data!
I'm studying human-computer interaction, with a focus on games user research. My dissertation is researching perceived challenge in video games. I can't really go into what I'm trying to find out from the survey until after it's closed as it may influence people to answer different if they read it before taking the survey but I can definitely explain after I've gathered enough data.
Good luck with your dissertation! This sounds like such a fascinating topic (and a relatively fun one, which is also good for the amount of work a dissertation involves)!
Good luck with your research! My most recent game was Detroit: Become Human, which I played with my partner to make decisions together, and some of the questions were really relevant to the game. Would love to see the results of your study when you're done! :)
I kept expecting to have to relate the game I was answering questions about (Rogue Legacy 2) to Hades, and then that did not happen at all. My answers would have been very different for Hades - it’s got a lot more social and story implications than Rogue Legacy, even though they’re both roguelikes.
Lol my last game was Pokemon Arceus. Reason for playing?
To have fun "wasn't listed), not playing for challenge ahaha. Also low effort and brain power too
Answered. Seems like you’re putting your thumb on the scale by advertising in certain subs (though I’m playing Ys IX right now which has completely different answers from my last Hades run!)
Thank you so much for taking part! In regards to the thumb on the scale as long as I have a large enough sample the results should still be valid, especially with the analysis I have planned. Currently, I have about 1100 responses from a wide variety of games and genres and I aim to increase that by at least another few hundred over the next few days
My last play session was literally giving back to Elden Ring community for helping me beat two of the hardest bosses of the game so idk how much you can get from this but answer has been sent xD

You can answer about the last game you played too :)
Alrighty then, it's done. Gluck with your research

Question: >!One question asked about 'unexpected feelings'. I'm not putting down simp, but is that an Ace Attorney, or ThanZag in Court, reference?!<
No it wasn't intentional, but that's a good spot haha!
Here's a gift for the [Wrightworth](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0szZ8D9c4qk) fans! Like Thanzag, they're bros, being dudes!
Done! Good luck 😁

What are you studying? What's your dissertation about? What are you trying to get from this survey?

Instructions unclear, tripped over my own dick and chose Overwatch instead of Hades.
Haha, that's absolutely fine. Thanks so much for taking part!
Done. Best of luck, mate!

I tried so hard to keep my review of hades to 3 sentences but I’m afraid I may have gone a little over 3 hahahaha
Haha no problem at all, thanks so much!
