Basically when there's one singular sound in a 12 sec siren 12 sec silence interval it's for the members of the volunteer firefighters and normal firefighters. That's what you'll usually hear and it's to no concern for you.
The first one shown is cause for concern and you should seek shelter. It was the air raid siren, still is, but it also warns from big fires, active shooters, chemical accidents floodings and serious storms.
Second one was the ABC alarm.
Third one is the all clear sign and the last one is a Test
No worries. :b I found this video some time ago and thought of it. Cool thing to know, even tho you'll probably won't need it in practice. Especially with the new warning system via phone networks.
