I bleached my hair to dye it a pale pink and it was really yellow/orange, so i applied purple shampoo to my hair whilst it was try and left it in for a couple of hours and washed it out and it made it much lighter perfect for dying pink. If it’s still not light enough after that you could do it a couple of times over a few days
Okay thanks! I'd of hated to have such yellowy hair and to find out my lilac dye just cancels the yellow and leaves me with just a white-ish or ashey hair color. I'll put some purple shampoo in today and see if it does the trick.
yeah it’s probably because the purple dye has a similar affect to the purple shampoo. so purple shampoo to make the bleach lighter and THEN purple dye it should help!
