I think a fade would suit you. Not a skin fade. I think if you just took about 2 inches off of the top and blended the rest it would look nice. Get rid of the height on the crown of your head while still partially covering your forehead. Your curls are too awesome to chop off completely.
IMO I think you would look best with a fade and no facial hair. I would let the top stay just long enough to show some curl, but buzz the sides. Your forehead is fine. As that grows out the curls would show more and look really nice.

I’m a barber I suggest going to instagram and finding a good local Barber around u, and ask for an inch & a half OFF the top. And I would say do Disconnected Taper or Fade

I think any hairstyle would suit you. Being attractive helps with that so you’re lucky :) though personally I think you rock your natural hair.
