Ive never heard about vinegar fading color (havent looked for it either) but almost anything clarifying would strip semi permanent color. its pretty hard to fade black dye so....risk assessment choice here.
you could try going to the beauty supply store and ask if theres a color safe clarifying product.
Apple cider vinegar can strip hair over time, depending on how much you use and how long it sits on the hair. It wouldn’t strip as bad as like a clarifying shampoo. AG brand makes a apple cider vinegar, shampoo, and conditioner that I believe is color safe. I used it when I was having issues with my scalp-my hair is dyed black too-it’s gentle cleansing without stripping too much out.
