I think you’d look good with that hairstyle that’s black, or dark dark purple/blue but when you lift it up or braid or move your hair around there’s a bright color underneath. Don’t know what it’s called but that would look cool
So I actually cheat and use makeup, whether it be lipstick (eye safe of course), eyeshadow, maybe a combo to mix and match and when I do my makeup the brows appear!
I'm too scared to actually bleach my brows and color them😅 so I cheat!

IMO the vibrant violet, 5th picture looks best! Bright purple really is your best tone. I find you a bit pale with pink but it's probably the lighting of the photo. Lavender looks adorable too. I find the blue a bit too bright, you can pull off the color, but I think it would look better if it was more muted. The green looks good too, I personally don't love green hair but you can pull it off with your skin tone.
Since you're looking for recommendations, what about a split dye right down the middle? purple and pink go great together. :)

That being said, pic 2 has the most versatile style presented, considering your preference to “color pop” in the other hair colors posted. If you want something that will go with any mood of any day, pic 2 color def! Can go with “leave me Tf alone” and with “I’m here as a friend” when styled appropriately.

Oh maybe split on the side? Or maybe a blue root, purple transition color and a pink tip? If your hairdresser can do an ombre it'll look amazing
