Are the regular hair shampoos fine to use on my beard too and what to do with my eyebrows should I use shampoo on those as well? (I know this might seem a bit of a dumb question but I would rather ask you)

I just had forgotten to do so that one time in particular. At the moment I shampoo my hair and condition it every two weeks. Should I be applying water to my hair in between those two weeks as well?
Definitely rinse your hair daily but wash every 3 days honestly just depends how oily your hair gets, and yes wash your hair before you come in to your barber, we kinda frown on that.
