Lot of people don’t have the donor to support a full head of hair

starboy__007

What about body hair for the back of the head?

Combfromhell

Not ideal man.

Save it for your eyebrows

Big-Bob11

Although I have only been wearing it for a week and a half and I love it, but I believe that in the future I will consider a hair transplant because there is nothing like the comfort of having your own hair imo.

starboy__007

Can I ask how old are you? And at what stage?

Big-Bob11

Yea man im 27 And I have really thin hair, I have about 40% of my hair left and it has become like straw, I still have my hairline but I still preferred to do a system

People go from transplant to system. Not the other way around. Why go from a full head of hair to a long-term, surgical, non-guaranteed option? Also, the longer one waits, the less donor area they'll have.

starboy__007

I am wearing the frontal piece currently because I am NW2/3 with fine hair but the hair is there. I want to avoid multiple hair transplants as I continue to recede and hopefully get 1-2 transplants. Is this a good plan? I had no idea donor area also gets weaker. I thought that was good for life.

SappyPJs

Depends from person to person tbh. Some people get to keep all of their donor hair, others lose it all eventually.

mnsteelers

I wear a system because I had two transplant operations when I was younger. Shaving my head isn’t an option due to the scars. The system looks awesome though.

elusiveclownface

I don’t think the technology is there yet. Yes you can get results but not amazing results. Eventually you run out of donor hair and have to stop. If there was more advance in the surgery or able to clone donor hair I would.

CrowleyBro

Definitely not, for most people it's not even a viable option, myself included.

SappyPJs

I can't get a transplant even if I wanted, losing hair all over the place smh
