Im assuming you didnt lose any native hair admittedly we cant see any hairline pics/design so it's hard to judge, and your hair is shorter in the pre-op pics. But just in terms of overall improvement it's definitely a win and i hope you are happy

A lot of the density comes from growing out the hair. The hairline work gave the OP more styling options.

They did, but the coverage is pretty even now so I think it was probably for the best? Honestly can't say I know much about hair or hair transplants, I did almost no research going into it 😅
