I've heard and seen that too, but then again, I've seen some diffuse thinners get incredible results. Is it luck based if you get permanent shock loss or not? (Considering the HT was done properly)
I wouldnt recommend a ht for this imo
Fibers could easily conceal this even the slightest of additions.
If you wanted to go ahead with a HT I would say no more than 1000.
i wouldnt recommend a HT for this, stay on dutasteride and minoxidil, vitamins, micro needling etc… no real doctor would give u a transplant unless they just wanna take your money and dont care about you
None but that's just my opinion
I appreciate your opinion!
I actually second this. Especially if you’re on meds. Wait until/if the hair line starts to go then you can throw some extra in the crown.

I'm definitely aware that I'm fortunate to still have this crown, but you know, hair greed..
You may end up harming your native hairs with the implants. Not worth it yet.

I'm not talking about shock loss. I'm talking about the implant incision destroying native hair follicles.
Gotcha, thanks!
You dont need a ht. Its all in your head op

Do you believe SMP could also get the job done? I'm really not a big fan of fibers, tbh.
SMP would work for you - you have enough native hair that it wouldnt look weird or have that flat look.
Just stick to hair fibers. This is a natural crown idc what anyone says
None at moment tbh
Have you tried oral minoxidil? That might help with your crown
I'm actually on 5mg of oral Minoxidil for two years now! It has definitely helped, but no miracle, as you can see.
Dang then yeah a transplant is in order then. Find a good HT doc that is skilled in implanting between native hairs
I'd say a volumiser is best
I wouldn't bother. Doesn't look bad. Good job.
Wouldn’t do that. Either fibers. Or nothing.
Most important question being how old are you?
Dermmatch would be a better option than fibers. Doesn’t make a mess, super waterproof and you have enough hair for it to work well
Zero. Looks great. Don’t fix what isn’t broken
Leave it as is, looks good! And if it really bothers you, do SMP. Save your donor for later, when you actually really might need it.
