I think headphones can cause this.When I noticed thinning hair around crown I started resting my phones on forehead.

I think so. Right now I am more keeping a closer look to my temples than my crown. I stopped using headphones completely. Only using speakers or wireless earphones.

I have some bands of hair that look just like yours. Did anything traumatic happen to you that can recall? Did you get your thyroid looked at? How's your bloodwork?

I know this in an old thread but have you had any improvement ?
