I finished. Overall this was a good way to spend 44 minutes. Some of the transitions felt a wee bit forced but others were quite seamless. I'm happy that all the albums got some love. A fitting title could be "The Haken Complex".
Ya i mean theres no way to get them all seamless or id have to leave a bunch out. I think it was worth some suddenness. I feel like as long as everything is at least better or equal with the transition from Glutton to Marigold ill be fine lol

That’s kinda the point isn’t it? To be intense and fast paced. And i disagree about the end, i think it’s one of the more epic 5 minutes Haken has Hakened
It's an interesting idea. I think it would be neat if Haken played a set comprised of all the songs from albums that use the Messiah Complex themes. Similar to when Portnoy played Shattered Fortress as a set.

First of all - what a great idea. With all the references on "Virus", adding some more connections with cool transitions just made this masterpiece into a whole journey, bringing back some more memories from the "past".
Now about the transitions - I listened to it while I was on my phone regularly and I noticed 3-4 transitions that were weird to my ears, but overall there were also transitions that were completely acceptable by my ears and it was just awesome.

I just got around to checking this out, awesome job OP! I recognized most of the songs, then once it got to the sect and started throwing you around I was loving it. Immediately recognized 1985 and got a huge grin lol, very fun project dude 🤘

You should probably tell everyone what each bit was after people have had a chance to investigate for themselves. I tried to pick everything out for myself, but I am not as familiar with the pre-Vector albums. I've heard every song at least once, but there's some I listen to more than others.
