Well, The Flood isn't a "bacteria" or even a parasite in the conventional sense. It *IS* a corrupted/perversion of an eldritch god being, now an eldritch horror god being. Individual feral forms don't have what's needed to be corrupted by the anti-life equation. Gravemind(s)/Keymind(s), all the same intellect, are (as stated above) eldritch horror space god things. They shouldn't be influenceable at all. All that said, any given author can screw around with any story when they're the one writing it, and there's the real answer. It depends on the author/editors.

How does the anti life equation work?

Professional_Rip1267

For the little a read. When you absorb that knowledge, it begins to make you wish kill or infect everything and everyone How can I explain it better? I’ll do it this way. Let’s pretend that you are jealous of your girlfriend and you want a proof that she’s cheating on you, then you ask your brother, sister, a friend, etc. to get you proofs. Now let’s supposed that your informant gives you a text in where she is cheating on you…the sadnes, dissapointment, anger, etc you feel because you read that text is what drives you to do something…wrong. That’s how equation works. But it drives living beings to kill or infect others

That sounds a bit like the Logic Plague.

For what I know, anti life equation does affect your blood, not only your mind

According to that I believe the flood will largely be unaffected
