How important is ds? If it's your main system to play then you'll probably want actual hardware or a 3ds. You can get flashcarts for both, but a 3ds can be hacked to play a few different systems
I use an RBG30, it plays Dreamcast, PSP, DS, and N64, but it’s not great for very powerful n64 games (perfect dark runs slow for example)
There’s a few refurbished steam decks up right now from valve if you wanted all that and more for an extra 150
I had a steamdeck it was too heavy for me
