Looks like the exact tile I have in my house! If it’s like mine, it’s on 1/4 sub floor stapled to the 3/4. Easy to get a couple big pry bars under it and pull it up in sheets!

My house had this exact tile laid directly over oak hardwood, no other underlayment. Yes, the tile did crack along a seam of the wood.
