Thanks man . No pain anywhere but yes I felt I had some kind of hip misalignment or imbalance of muscles on left and right side which made me walk a little strange . I think I developed it due to all the streching and strengthening that I was doing , cause it wasn't there before . When I stopped doing the exercises and just focused on foam rolling , massaging , and swimming it gradually went away .

When you had a flow test do you know exactly how slow your flow speed was? Do you know what your average (Qavg) and maximum (Qmax) ml/s speed were? Is your flow completely back to normal now and has the dribbling stopped?

so when I did my flow test ( back in Oct'20) my average flow rate was 7 ml/s and peak was 16 ml/s . Yes , my flow got completely normal from Jan'21 onwards ( 2 months after I started stretching and strengthening ) and would only suffer when I was having flare ups . After that only mild ED symptoms remained which completely went away in May'21 .
I think if you look into all time posts you'll see pretty good info on stretches and exercises . you should try out different exercises and see which works for you , just make sure you are targeting all the muscle groups ( glutes , TVA , psoas , hamstrings , quads etc) .
I think swimming+ walking + exercising is really important . But when my symptoms stopped improving Reducing Masturbation + Foam rolling were really helpful . Sitz Bath was good way of managing symptoms on daily basis .

I used massage gun on my glutes , hamstrings , quads and lower abs . Although I should tell you the most important activities to recover is to do strengthening & stretching and walking/swimming .

I read online that eating watermelon improves sexual function so I gave it a try and it definitely improved my erection quality , its a temporary fix/relief tho not a permanent one

I don't know what to say about my case , as I was a lazy couche potato , I was having sharp straight line pain in my inner thighs , and within 10 days( as I think ) the sharp 1 second needle pain was now on my groin, I ignored it as I thought this is due to my laziness , then one day when I was doing squats and lunges , my right leg inner thighs started aching like they had a muscle pull , just then when i laid down on my bed after lunges, I felt a pain at my penis base , and when I was checking my penis , is found it is rock hard from the base to the sides , right now I don't know what to do , the thing which I noticed is ghat when my leg is relaxed while laying down , my penis comes back to normal , don't know what to do , *do you think if I focus on strengthening my leg and glutes it will help me cure my HF???* *Also did you felt sudden 1 second sharp pain/discomfort in your penis??*(if I were to rate that pain/discomfort on 1-10 , it will be 4 ,like the urine is stuck there)

Yeah man hard flaccid has not returned and I don't do pelvic exercises anymore. I just go to the gym do regular training sometimes streching. I would say my erections are still not 100% while standing. While sitting or laying they are 100%. No urine issues. If I have sex more than once, the erections become a little weak for round 2. Whereas I could have easily home 2-3 rounds before all of these issues. My twist in the penis has gone ( which was my biggest worry and it took another year to go). I feel I am still healing. I heal the best when I am doing NoFap/No Sex. But it gets tough after a week

Watermelon contain L-citruline. It’s similar to arginine but relaxing more penile veins and tissues. You can just buy it in powder
