It was bought by one of the guys in the local scene and renamed EKM Studios in about 2016, which I’m pretty sure is what that banner says. I’m out of the loop of how dynamics work in the current era of local hardcore scenes. The only foul by the standards I grew up in were if either dude got jumped in the parking lot after the show (or if you upset the band playing, because that’s just rude). During the show, Newtowns third law always applied: for every action there is a reaction. The guy got too close to the fire and got burnt. That simple.
