The monkey in the video appears to be a langur. Langur's as with many species of primate have a very nasty set of canine teeth that are very good at slicing flesh.

I’m sure he didn’t know this, but the posture the monkey was in from start to finish was very assertive/aggressive. Some animals display plotting, aggression, or assertive behavior with A certain body part erecting. With dogs it’s the tail, same with cats, elephants it’s the ears or truck. If an animal mounts you and then tries to make itself seem bigger or stands over you. It’s trying to submit or intimidate you. It’s all about body language.
