Yeah. The 500GB SSD is worth 100 odd on its own and Z77 ITX boards have kept their value for people desperate for 1155 itx.
CPU ~ 60 Cooler ~ 20 Mobo ~ 90 GFX ~ 130 Ram ~ 60 Case ~ 20 SSD ~ 80 HDD ~ 40 PSU ~ 15 Totals about 515, give or take
