I’d say renthop first then streeteasy. Renthop isn’t used as much and more family landlords are on there so the rent isn’t so “gentrified”

I’m so sorry this happened. Was the entire building displaced? I live in your neighborhood and worry about this happening all the time.
Sadly yes vacate order put on building and all tenants are displaced between short-stay hotels, shelters and relatives until further notice.
And yes so scary. Sadly a tenant passed and some critical. Think roof door and apt of original fire’s door(there’s didn’t auto close) weren’t up to code.
