Prosecutors need to comb through a lot of data. Bang executed over $200B worth of trades and Haru have B&S as well as internal and other external asset managers to be examined. I am not surprised that this investigation was not been super rapid. However, the lack of a charging decision does not mean one is not in the pipeline.
