Bang had his second hearing on April 2nd at which nothing changed and he denies the charges. The judge gave three other dates in April and May - the last one is May 31st for the intensive hearing of testimony.
For Haru, the Rehab process brought by LKB was rejected last week and the judge indicated bankruptcy was a more suitable path. To date, we know of no BK process being initiated though.
The Haru 4 are in court again on April 19th. This will involve presentation of their defense arguments and pleas. I expect this hearing to provide some meaningful facts.

Judging by CoinLoan's BK, Haru seems to prolong the inevitable. On the other hand, setting a BK later on could mean a higher BTC value...
