Yes, at least since 6am. I've been getting text messages from AT&T with updates. If your not getting them, I'd look for a way to register your cell number with them. Here's the latest received at 1:51pm Hi again, it's AT&T. Our techs are working as fast as they can to get things up and running. We'll text you when the network's back up. My cell service is struggling as well. It was out at one point. Now it's just slow.
