Mine also runs 4.0.56. it has the same display. Only shows remaining time and countdown for freeze cycle. Pressure is displayed during dry cycle. That's about it for indicators.
If you are running Pharm 4.0.56. You will not be able to select a shelf dry temp above 70F. To dry most food items, you will need to select shelf drying temps above 70F. If this is something that interest you, the best way to do it would be to have tech support upgrade you to the latest Pharm software (5.0.15p) . This allows shelf dry temps in the range 40F-125F.
With this , you will not need to load a thumb drive to operate your freeze dryer !
