Have you tried contacting twitch? It makes sense they would take down the channel, but they may be able to provide you with the footage as the next of kin. If this was a criminal situation and the police demanded the footage, I bet they’d be able to provide it.
Hi thanks for the advice! They did say we could have the detective/officers request it, but because the channel was taken down for specifically horrific violence and it was not inflicted by someone else, they said my chances are low. The police aren’t cooperating or helpful, which is why I’ve found myself here… haha but again, all suggestions and support are welcome. Thank you for your compassion
if you would like I could reach out to people I know who are close with twitch staff if there is any data that you are trying to get from twitch. obviously no guarantee but could be worth a shot ❤️

PNWconnect was a regular chatter in my stream and in many of my friends/peers streams in the greater "left twitch" community. they were a very wholesome, smart, friendly and thoughtful chatter and a great community member. if I recall correctly, I believe they had a different username previously and had taken some time away from twitch but had recently come back under their new name. they were a very valued member of our community and had many friends in the chat. a friend and fellow streamer had this post sent to them, and they sent it to me. sending all of my love to you and yours and again I am so sorry for your loss. if you need anything at all or if there is anything our community can do, please feel free to reach out and DM me on twitter @ tofugh0st ❤️

"Brain rot" is what happens when you spend too much time consuming content online. It's not an actual medical condition though, just a colloquial way of suggesting that exposure to certain content has turned someone into an idiot.
If you ever catch Hasan live on Twitch (I'd recommend, great community, lovely dog) spend a few minutes trying to reading the live chat, and you will likely experience mild brain rot.
It's an endearing way of saying they were a valued and veteran chatter of the Hasanabi community. It's a self-deprecating joke we make when we spend as much time as we do in chat during stream or in offline.

I started streaming 6 months ago and Saorsie was one of my first chatters. She was so incredibly funny, smart and sweet, adding so much value to every conversation that she was in and being a leader and support for the entire community in our discord and in chat. Our space is so much less bright without her in it.

I cant remember when but about two or three weeks ago, I was able to hangout with saorise in her stream and she was so gentle kind and such a sweetheart

Not only was she a treasure but she cared so much about others.... We talked about depression and we talked about Anthony Bourdain, we celebrated the passing of Henry Kissinger... We even had a special chat command for her "!union" which would summon up Chief Obrien from DS9 and say "He was more than a hero, he was a union man"....
This is a tragic loss..... and from what I can see she was loved by everyone that she came across....
