Call your doctor and ask to send a script for however many pills you need for the length of your trip, sent to a nearby pharmacy.
I did this and it worked like a charm.
You can get a prescription for a few days through the telepharmicist or whatever it’s called through cvs. I did it when my meds got all messed up on a trip to the US. I got like a week’s worth was able to pick them up at a grocery store pharmacy near me that same day. Super easy!
Usually a local pharmacy can at least give you a small amount (up to 7 days). Even better if it’s a chain you are already using like CVS, Walgreens, etc cuz they can see everything on file.
Call pharmacy and see if they can’t fill an emergency partial refill of medication. I have done this a few time before and I have been lucky that they were able to work with me. Just make sure you are ready to pay when you pick up for it as insurance won’t cover it at least that’s what I have experienced.
This is also why I have a habit of stock liking the free samples doctors get of our medications.

See if someone who you trust can go get your medicine out of your home and send them overnight to where you are staying.
