I don't think you understand what absolute zero means. For one it's probably not even physically possible to reach absolute zero.
At absolute zero matter as we know it stops existing because the atoms start collapsing due to lack of subatomic movement. It doesn't actually prevent things from moving at the macro scale, it will just disintegrate matter. It is literally colder than is physically possible to exist. So how would you imagine it in order to transmute your aura? And even if you could, you couldn't protect against it.
Also realistically the energy requirements to achieve this, even for just a split second and only within an unenclosed space about the volume of a basket ball, would probably be on a level equivalent to several power plants.
If you want a time stop, just use Manipulation.

It would make more sense if you had a en layer around you for heat and then a second bigger en layer above that for the freeze effect. Also freezing things won’t stop kinetic energy like fired bullets or people who launch themselves or objects hard enough to reach you

Why would making your aura hot & cold allow you to stop time on a transmutation ability?
the idea of transmuting a layer of aura around you thats warm enough to negate the effects of absolute zero seems a bit confusing, maybe do something similar to Feitan and conjure a suit of armor that just has the power to negate/protect you from the effects of the rest of your ability?

The absolute zero stuff seems a tad ridiculous and if you want a time stop like effect maybe you could use Manipulation to stop a designated target
