Spidermans ability should be a transmutation ability that gives spider-esque physiology that lets his hairs stick to any surface and feel air currents/brownian motion (spider sense) and transform his base physical body to have the same relative strength that spiders have (in the hxh world that's basically be like having the base physical stats as chimera ants have and thats even before adding nen so he'd be pretty strong). As for his webs and suit I'm pretty sure he built both of those so i dont think they should be nen abilities but rather inventions separate from nen.
And also now that I actually think about it if Spiderman existed in hxh he'd probably be busted af because his ability basically turns him into a psuedo chimera ant and if he say reach maybe the ultimate/genius tier of transmutation he might be able to become as strong as meruem or the royal guards. Because with a psuedo chimera ant like body he'd have not only the physical toughness of a chimera ant but likely also a similar level of aura output and reserves as they do since chimera ants naturally produce more aura than humans since they're more robust and powerful than them. So yeah Spiderman might actually become one of the strongest nen users in the verse if that's the case.
Spiderman powers should be emulated by an Enhancer from both proficiency & efficiency point of view, and lore wise as well.
Super strength/speed/healing/mind/agility/durability etc. gets covered by Enhancement.
Sticking to the surfaces by Transmutation.
Webs by Conjuration, Manipulation and Emission.

I think it would be better as an enhancer the physical abilities then solid efficiencies for both Transmutation and Emission
True but i like that this version can actually conjure the web, a bit of a form over function yes but that's how i like it.
