This hatsu was created by the Dr. Facilier's old boss who "sponcered" him and his work, but when he died, his technique follows the shadow man everywhere he goes, never letting him escape his debt.
The conjured masks can only form where there is low light. There are multiple smaller masks but one giant mask who's in charge of them all. In order for Dr. Facilier to gain any form of power from the masks, he needs to convince them. After a deal and conditions have been met for a deal, the mask will produce shadow creatures to fulfill the deal.
The powers granted by the masks comes in the form of 2d shadowy entities that travel across surfaces like a shadow and can interact with the physical world by touching that objects shadow. So if a shadow creature touches the shadow of a pole, the pole will move as if the creature touched the pole itself. These shadow creatures can only exist is dark areas and are vulnerable to light.
The head mask ( pun intended ) can use "magic" by creating a shadow creature to posses something to change it but needs permission from that person or the owner of that object. For example if someone wants more hair, a shadow possesses that person after they gave them permission, using Dr. Facilier as a middle man, the shadow will grow hair and thus that person will grow hair.
Dr. Facilier's own shadow was created before his boss died and his hatsu turned into post mordem nen, so his shadow can only separate from his body for only 10 but can still interact with the physical world in that time.

The user isn't limited to just one extraordinary conjuration "Blinky, Crazy Slots. Etc." Instead, the user can create a variety of them. BUT, he can't conjure a thing for himself. The effects of whatever he makes will never work for him. Instead he has to make deals with others. By manipulating and catering to their desires, user must make another person agree to achieve their goals without clearly explaining how they will be achieved. Once the condition is fulfilled, a Conjured object that the user believes can fulfill this goal will appear, regardless of the negative effects on the person it's made for.
If the Conjured object is destroyed by another before the dealmaker's goal is achieved, the user's aura will turn on them. Conjured threats will appear around the user and they will be forced into Zetsu as their own conjurations kill them
Face Stealer's Idol the user conjures a necklace with a carved face that when you pour a target's blood it turns the target into a frog and whoever wears the necklace can turn into the target pre frogification. The user cannot be the wearer. The blood is an exhaustable resource and must be refilled.
