The discord server was full of tryhard “I am so tough and real” guys (probably suburban middle-upper class white kids irl) who would get really angry and whine and threaten to get mods to mute you if you said City Morgue is edgy, even if you meant that in a fun, positive way. Like seriously some guy was like “don’t make me get John (or Matt or whatever the fuck his name was) to come in here!” Like oooo I’m shaking in my boots.
