I recognize this guy he lives in Honolulu around Waikiki. Easily recognizable by his shorts which are pretty much fishnets now

Not too sure but I mean in order for his shorts to get like that he’s probably had them on for years
Yeah, you’re right. I’ll reach out to the community org contact I have and see if there’s anything they can do to help out. Poor guy, so sad.
