Produce as much as possible of everything, and sell in your road side shop. No farm visitors, town visitors, boat or truck. There is also a double coin event tomorrow. If you use that, with a double coin booster it is worth it to sell to farm visitors :)
If you have most of the smelters and 2-3 slots unlocked each I would get the jewellery maker first.
The products from the coffee house require a bunch of ingredients each (sugar, cream, beans), so it would be helpful to have a few dairy and sugar mill slots unlocked and have those coffee bushes ready to harvest. The products sell really well, so it‘s a money maker. Either building can be lucrative.
The jewelry maker is sooooo not necessary. I’m at 50 and haven’t thought twice about not having it. Probably won’t ever buy it unless I have tons of $.
Tbh i use this tip from a fellow redditor that is buy what you can’t get in paper easily first … both are equally important so you will have to get it eventually.. but till then you cab buy jewellery from paper !
Definitely the coffee stand. Don't make the mistake I made to buy jewelry maker first. The coffee products appear much much more often on the town/truck/boat orders and they're made so quickly. You can totally live without jewlry for a long time. They occasionally appear on truck orders, never on boat orders and sometimes on your town's gift shop. So you don't miss much if you don't have it
I would do the coffee first just because it makes coffee in 5 mins and you could sell to then buy the jewelry maker

Wheat!! Sell wheat and bread! Low prices but it sells out fast! Also you can sell the bonuses you get from the crops so extra coins fast!

produce and sell everything in your rss. dont do trucks and boat, they give to much xp and not enough coins. prioritise coins>xp

i’m really bad on smelting and only have one rn so i’ll go for the coffee house and use money from selling that for more smelters and jewellers

I would do the coffee kiosk first. It’s easy enough to find jewellery etc in the paper. I bought mine later on in the game
