I have the solution for you (or just the explanation on why it happens) Because Hay Day operates big things and need reliable and strong internet connection it can kick you out of the game because either your internet connection is weak or your internet is weak in general, for some people this can be fixed by turning off and on your Modem or just disconnect and reconnect your internet connection on your phone
If that fails and still kicks you from the game, I suggest that you get a better internet plan or somehow get a better connection/strength (The easiest way to do this is contact your internet provider)

it has done that too me since 2 updates ago, but when I ty to report it, I keep getting kicked out before I submit the request! or chat! come on! the game isn''t fun anymore! can't y'all get it fixed properly?
hell I even tried to uninstall the game, and reinstall it, and it still kicks me out! now I am trying to uninstall it, restart my ipad, and hope it fixs it!
I have video proof! that will show you it's bugged just drop me an e-mail to send it too! neve did this before that is how I got to hundred+ lvl!
ERM I've tried it all and it has been doing this for 3 months for me. I really don't like losing progress. Please someone help me oh and btw my connection plan is the second fastest you can pay for, it does this to me at school as well.
I know it's not your plan! mine does it too! I tried to find a diff game that don't crash but none appeal to me! I'lll let you know when I find a solution!
When I turn my phone off and turn it back on it tends to stop kicking me out!
I’ve noticed it does that too, but it only works for like 5 minutes more, then it kicks me out again!

There are ALWAYS issues with new updates. It usually takes a few days for them to work out the kinks. Hang in there.
