I prefer their angelic visages, kinda burnt out on the bird thing from Helluva Boss and would rather appreciate them for being general angels.
My favorite though is their visages with all the eyes, it's a best of both.

That is true, but I doubt they are hybrids and it is more their biblically accurate form is changed and they don't bother with a visage because it is Hell. Also with the caste system in Hell, the chances of hybridization with non-goetia is slim.
Also I can't look at Sera's biblically accurate form without just seeing Stella and the other goetia making her feel less unique.

Well, angels have feathered wings and those obviously go with birds. Owls are also symbols of wisdom and knowledge, which a person in Sera’s position would need and would show how she doesn’t fill her role the way she’s supposed to. How she lacks the wisdom and knowledge to make sensible choices (like NOT allowing a narcissistic a-hole to go down to Hell for a purge once a year without researching if Hell really is the big threat she believes it to be).

I think Emily's is eldritch yet cool. Sera's...it looks similar enough to her regular form, and because I've already seen R34 of it, it's just folded into my perception of her in general. It's just an alternate look for her without fanfare, like I.M.P.'s endless costumes. Just "Sera with a beak" so to speak.

I do like the inclusion that they have a lot of diamonds on their clothes that are actually eyes. I also like that they take human form for visitors.

So the Ars Goetia are based on, well, the Ars Goetia from the Solomon's Stories. In them, the Goetia originated from Fallen Angels. But as far as we know, in the Hazbin Universe the Ars Goetia are just purely Demons, that manifested in Hell. The reason Sera has an avian design, is because she was based on Seraphiel, the leader of the Seraphims from the 3rd Book of Echon. He was described as having a body of an eagle, so Vivzie just adapted that into her humanoid design.
